Still, the official programme is kept informative, diverting and gives you enough space to interact. Everything you ask for in a typical PTV Mobility User Group Meeting.
With a valid maintenance contract, you are welcome to join the online event for free. Otherwise, the participation fee is 90 € per person. Participation Fee and brief summary
With a valid maintenance contract, you are welcome to join the online event for free. Otherwise, the participation fee is 90 € per person.
As main speaker of a presentation team the participation is also free of charge.
The price shown is net and does not include the statutory value-added tax of currently 16%. After your registration, you will first receive an automated confirmation of receipt by e-mail. The invoice will be sent to you as a PDF file after the actual event in October 2020. We ask you to transfer the above-mentioned amount after receipt of the invoice within 10 days from the invoice date to the account stated on the invoice.
Minimum Attendance: PTV AG undertakes to carry out the announced seminars/courses with a minimum number of 5 participants. If a seminar is not held, PTV AG has the right at any time to cancel a seminar up to 3 days before the start.
Right of Withdrawal: If the participant withdraws from the seminar, no fees will be charged until 15 days before the start of the seminar. If a cancellation is made between 5 and 14 days before the beginning of the seminar, 20% of the fee is due for payment. Up to 4 days before the beginning of the seminar or no cancellation by the participant, the full price must be paid. Please understand that we cannot refund participation fees in the event of illness or for other operational reasons. Alternatively, a substitute participant can be named.
