Introduction of Speakers

David Goh
David Goh is currently the Vice President and Managing Director Asia Pacific of PTV Group. He considered himself a lifetime student of smart cities and smart mobility, how they can improve the lives of people in cities and delivers empowering insights on future of mobility and smart cities He was previously in Daimler AG, responsible for the expansion of mobility services in the Asia Pacific, Africa and Middle East region. Prior to Daimler, he had APAC experiences in start-ups, investments and management consulting.

Chen Hao
Chen Hao brings over six years of experience in delivering multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy projects which cover the whole spectrum of the project life cycle. Being specialized in transport infrastructure focusing on areas including roads and highways design, traffic engineering and transport planning, he is proficient with full range of transport-related technical services and provides technical input and design verification on specific discipline/areas such as transport planning, active mobility solutions and traffic impact assessment.

Siti Raudhatul Fadilah
Siti Raudhatul Fadilah is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Graduate School of Engineering, Kochi University of Technology, Japan. To accomplish undergraduate and graduate theses, she used PTV Viswalk to microscopically analyze the pedestrian circulation in public facilities. Accordingly, she published two conference papers and one journal article, and was also awarded the prize for Best Paper and Presentation in 2017 at the 1st International Symposium on Transportation Studies in Developing Countries (ISTSDC).

Felipe Z. Ramo Jr
Felipe Z. Ramo Jun is a transport researcher in the University of the Philippines Diliman with 5 years of experience in research/data gathering, traffic survey supervision/analysis, traffic impact assessment, traffic management and simulation. Prior to joining the academe, worked as a Traffic Engineer in SMDI Consultants Inc, and completed his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and graduate degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation Specialization) also from the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Noor Azzy Binte Zulkifli
Noor Azzy Binte Zulkifli graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) with a Second Major in Society and Urban Systems from Nanyang Technological University in 2021 and have been working as a Transportation Engineer in CPG Consultants. She has participated in a wide-range of transportation planning, modelling and engineering consultancy works for both public and private agencies / organizations in Singapore, and has been involved with many local key projects.


Chloe Tie Ching Chin
Chloe Tie Ching Chin joined Surbana Jurong in 2019 and is currently the executive engineer in the transport planning team. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia. She has many years of experience in the traffic engineering/ transport planning field. She has been involved in both overseas and local projects in Singapore, which include traffic impact assessment, master plan study, active transport planning, and smart city planning.


Gobee Gopal
Gobee Gopal is the Director of Services at PTV Asia-Pacific with over 20 years of local and international experience, specializing in strategic, mesoscopic, micro-simulation traffic modelling and development of GIS/ Traffic model interfaces working in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and Indonesia. He has a distinguished career in the corporate world and has worked in PTV Australia, Bitzios Consulting, and Scott Wilson Consulting from 2000 to 2018. With a BA in Geography and Communication, he specialized in GIS and has in-depth understanding in transportation planning.

Sharan Revanth
Sharan Revanth is a Master's graduate of TUM with a transport specialization and an experienced user of PTV Vissim and Viswalk. He has 2+ years of experience working in a consultancy firm on various traffic and pedestrian modeling projects and assessment studies in Singapore.
His notable works are the Pedestrian modeling of a few MRT stations in Singapore, including Jurong East Interchange, Clementi Maju station, and a few other stations in the Jurong Regional Line. In addition to it, he also works on a few transport projects with deep learning using Python.

Paul Mak
Paul Mak is an undergraduate from Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) majoring in Computer Engineering specializing in Intelligent Transport Systems and currently doing his internship in PTV Group as a Traffic Engineer. Paul is experienced in PTV Vissim, Viswalk, and Vistro and has worked on various projects such as Autonomous Delivery Robots, Electric Vehicle (EV) charging scenarios, Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA), and transport planning. He has created numerous tutorials on PTV Vissim and PTV Vistro, and provided solutions to companies on traffic modelling and TIA.


Lee Yew Leong
Yew Leong is passionate about using geospatial data and mobility intelligence to improve the quality of life in cities throughout the ASEAN region through civic innovation.
Before CITYDATA, he spent nearly 20 years in the advertising industry, starting from a “traditional” media role to digital/ content & eventually management roles in the later part of that career.
In 2018, the opportunity came and that was how he ventured into the geo-spatial, big data & tech scene, heading up business development and partnerships across Asia with CITYDATA.

Alan Quek
Alan is an Engineer by training and is a Chartered Engineer with IES since 2019. He has been in the industry for 24 years where he spent 15 years in the public sector with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) focusing on delivering Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). Currently a Director and General Manager with WILLERS Pte Ltd, Alan is responsible for the business development, marketing and operations in the Asia Pacific region, delivering new sustainable mobility services, including operations of autonomous vehicles and on-demand shared mobility solution.

Professor Hong K. LO
Professor Hong K. LO is Chair Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Director of GREAT Smart Cities Institute of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is Founding Editor-in-Chief of Transportmetrica B: Transport Dynamics and Managing Editor of the Journal of Intelligent Transportation Systems. Professor Lo was awarded the prestigious triennial World Conference on Transportation Research (WCTR) Prize and HKUST School of Engineering Research Excellence Award.


Sean Seet
Sean Seet is the Head of Logistics in PTV Group Asia Pacific. He has a diverse industry experiences across his professional career, ranging from digital marketing to tech. Recently, his most recent foray was into 3PL/4PL logistics services within South East Asia.
His most recent specialty over the past number of years was helming strategic, regional business development teams in listed MNCs, tech companies and start-ups with success.






Chiara Cianella
Chiara Cianella is Manager of the Projects and Professional Services Italy Mobility team for PTV Group. She graduated in Engineering Management cum laude in 2010 and specialized in transport planning and transport modeling. Chiara Cianella joined PTV Group in 2019 where she works as a Technical Project Manager and coordinates a team of 10 people involved in most of PTV's Realtime projects all over the World. She was previously a consultant for the Mobility Agency of Rome and was involved in the definition of the new Urban Traffic Master Plan for the city of Rome and participated to the reorganization of the public transport network with a view to the opening of the new Metro C.

Udo Heidl
Udo Heidl is an expert in transport demand modeling. Udo has a long experience (more than 30 years) in creating transport models for cities and regions in Europe and the Middle East. He was also involved in the development of the nationwide traffic model Validate for Germany, which has been used for many traffic studies within and outside PTV AG. Based on the experience gained in the creation of macroscopic traffic models, he is actively involved in the development of the market-leading traffic planning software PTV Vision.  Recently, Udo has become a member of the PTV Competence Center for Mobility, where he is responsible among others for the new PTV product line Model2Go.


Peter Sukennik 
Peter Sukennik has over 10 years of experience as a traffic modeler and consultant at AF‐Cityplan in Prague, Czech Republic (now AFRY CZ). He has been a technical product management team member at PTV Group since October 2015, and is responsible for further developing microscopic simulation software, provides second-level customer support for PTV Vissim, and participates in ongoing research projects.


Arnd Vogel
Arnd Vogel is working at PTV Group as a Product Manager for strategic transportation planning software. In this role, his major concern is to communicate between users and software development in order to shape and develop PTVs software portfolio for current and future needs. He holds a combined degree in Geography, Transportation planning and Computer Science.  He joined PTV Group in 2005 for working on ITS projects and strategic transportation planning software.

Adam Lynch
Adam Lynch is currently a Senior Product Manager for Traffic Engineering and Technical Product Manager for Vistro at PTV Group with 18 years of industry experience. With a focus on global Traffic Engineering, he listens to customers' needs and evaluate how to improve our product portfolio based on trends and tech. I have a heavy background in traffic and signal plan design and specs, design-builds, traffic modeling and simulation, impact studies, and operations analyses.
