Prices and Registration Requirements

Participation in the International Rail Forum 2019 includes the following services:

  • the selected forum incl. seminar folder, snacks/drinks during breaks and lunch.
  • the International Rail Forum evening event including dinner and drinks.

The prices shown are net and do not include the statutory value-added tax of currently 19%. Travel and accommodation costs as well as other expenses will be borne by the participants themselves. The participation fee must be paid in advance.

After receiving your registration, you will first receive an automated confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Within 9-12 working days, our accounting department will send you the corresponding invoice as a PDF file or letter. We kindly ask you to transfer the amount to the account stated in the invoice.

Minimum Attendance: PTV AG undertakes to carry out the announced seminars/courses with a minimum number of 5 participants. If a seminar is not held, PTV AG has the right at any time to cancel a seminar up to 3 days before the start.

Right of Withdrawal: If the participant withdraws from the seminar, no fees will be charged until 15 days before the start of the seminar. If a cancellation is made between 5 and 14 days before the beginning of the seminar, 20% of the fee is due for payment. Up to 4 days before the beginning of the seminar or no cancellation by the participant, the full price must be paid. Please understand that we cannot refund participation fees in the event of illness or for other operational reasons. Alternatively, a substitute participant can be named.
